Dr. Kiki Fehling is a licensed psychologist, writer, speaker, and Linehan-board-certified expert therapist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She specializes in emotional sensitivity and dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, trauma, self-harm, and LGBTQ+ mental health. Coauthor of the book Self-Directed DBT Skills, she regularly writes for Psychology Today and other publications. Kiki provides mental health information to her 50,000+ followers on social media, and regularly shares how DBT skills have helped her cope with her heart attack, endometriosis, and other life stressors. After witnessing the power of DBT skills in her clients' lives, and her own, Kiki is passionate about sharing those skills with as many people as possible.
